Route corrections

What to include in a correction

A message that only says a page is out of date is hard to act on. Include the four details below and we can check the operator's timetable and update the page.

  • The operator

The bus or train company whose service you are checking.

  • The route

The two endpoints as you know them, for example Praga brno or a regional line outside the main corridor.

  • The departure time you saw

The time printed on the timetable you were reading, and the date you checked it.

  • Where you saw the difference

A screenshot of the timetable you are looking at is enough. The page you found on this site helps as well.

What to include in a route question

For planning help, describe your origin and destination as precisely as you can, including the station or building if you know it, plus your travel date and rough time window. If you have luggage, a bicycle or a tight connection, mention that too, because it changes the advice. On the Praga to brno corridor the difference between a direct coach and a change at the edge of the city often comes down to exactly this.

We answer with the options and trade-offs rather than a booking, so it helps to know what you actually have to do at each end of the trip.

Send a route question

What we can and cannot answer

We can explain which modes serve a route, which stations they use, how often they run and where transfers happen. That covers regional buses, trains and the combined journeys where you change from one to the other.

We cannot confirm current prices, seat availability or reservations, because those sit with the operators. We also do not sell tickets, so please do not send payment details through this form. A brno praga autobus timetable that looks wrong on our page is worth reporting — a fare that has changed is worth checking with the operator directly.

How quickly we reply

We aim to reply within a few working days. Corrections that affect a published page usually get priority, since they help every visitor who reads it afterwards.

If your trip is imminent, check the operator's own timetable first so you are not waiting on us for a departure time. Our office hours are Mon–Fri: 09:00–18:00.

Suggestions for new routes

If you would like us to cover a corridor we have not written about, tell us the route and why it is useful. Which towns it connects, which mode is realistic, and what problem it solves for you when you actually plan the trip.

Requests from readers help us decide what to work on next, and we prioritise connections that serve real planning problems rather than adding pages for their own sake.

Reporting a problem with the site

If a page is not loading, a link is broken or something looks wrong on the site itself, let us know and include the page address. That is separate from timetable corrections and goes to a different place, so it helps if you flag which kind of issue it is.

For anything to do with the data behind a page — a departure time, a stop that has moved, a line that no longer crosses the border — use the correction route above instead, so it reaches the right reader.

Send us a message

Pick the kind of message so it reaches the right reader, then add the details from the lists above. Fields marked with an asterisk are required, and the form sends straight to our inbox at info@regiolines.help.

We use the details you send to answer your question and to improve the relevant pages. We do not sell them or use them for unrelated marketing. Read the privacy policy for what we collect, why, and how long we keep it.

Leave this empty if your message is about the site rather than a connection.

We aim to reply within a few working days. Please do not send card or payment details.

Your data in a message

We use the details you send to answer your question and to improve the relevant pages. If a correction turns into a page update, we use the route and the timetable detail — not your name or email — to make that change.

We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing, and you can ask us to remove a message once we have dealt with it. The privacy policy sets out what we collect, why, and how long we keep it.

Planning something specific and want the details first? Start with the Prague–Brno corridor guide or read how we compare connections, then write to us if something still looks off.
