By rail the picture is different: the train needs a transfer into Prague first, and only then does the corridor service begin.
Check the origin printed on your ticket, because airport departures and city departures are not interchangeable. A seat booked from Florenc will not be honoured at the airport terminal, and a coach that starts at the airport will not collect you in the centre. When the ticket says the airport, plan the day around the airport, not around a city station you then have to reach.
