Florenc is on the metro and tram network, so the walk from the platform to the coach bays is part of the trip rather than a separate errand. Two lines meet here, and the terminal entrance sits a couple of minutes from the exits.
If your coach leaves early, check the first metro and tram times for that weekday before you plan a tight connection. On a Friday afternoon, budget the extra ten minutes the crowds take.
